My name is Faisal Hazry, and I am a graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, with a degree in Electronic Engineering (Electrical). Welcome to my personal website!

“What I Do” (Professional Scope)
I work as a Project and Service Engineer specializing in industrial analyzer systems. My role combines technical fieldwork, software configuration front end and back end, system integration, and direct client support to ensure reliable signal acquisition, compliance, and data delivery.
Analyzer Setup & Compliance
Ensure field installation meets manufacturer standards, MCERTs, and TÜV guidelines. Experienced with Envea, Sick, ECD, Delta C, Water Cut, and pH sensors..
Data Integration with Government Systems
Understand DOE/remote registration requirements. Map analyzer data to SQL databases and ensure real-time connectivity to external government portals.
Signal Communication & Networking
Configure communication protocols between analyzers and HMI software, including serial, MODBUS,
Servicing & Calibration
Perform onsite calibrations, resolve signal errors, and troubleshoot communication issues. Liaise directly with analyzer manufacturers when needed.
Software & Dashboard Programming
Worked on Microsoft Visual Basic 6 (VB6) HMI dashboards used for analyzer systems. Upgraded old interfaces, added sensor threshold configurations, relay control logic, and upgrading to comply integration with server goverment.
Project Documentation & Site Safety
PTW holder with experience as an on-site Work Leader. Responsible for preparing JHA, JSA, and safety documents, managing procurement and delivery paperwork, and handling documentation for FAT, SAT, and commissioning. Coordinates with vendors and clients to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
